Our Story
JINGZHENG has been designing and manufacturing polyurethane foam equipment since 1994. Today, our machines run in over 20 countries — from automotive seat plants in Korea and Mexico to furniture factories across Southeast Asia.
JINGZHENG Equipment USA was founded in Austin, Texas to bring the next layer: intelligent data systems that connect directly to Jingzheng machines, giving operators and engineers a complete real-time picture of every shot, every parameter, every anomaly.
We don't sell generic IoT software. We wrote the data layer knowing exactly how foam machines work — because we built them.
Our Approach
Every alarm threshold, every diagnostic rule, every SPC chart was designed with polyurethane foam chemistry and machine mechanics in mind — not generic IoT templates.
No third-party middleware. Our system connects directly to the PLC on Jingzheng equipment via Siemens S7 protocol, reading shot data at the source with <1% error tolerance.
Designed for factory floors with no reliable internet. The full analytics stack runs locally on an industrial PC. Cloud sync is optional — not required.
